DAW crash-closes when I insert KICK on a midi track

Today I purchased a version of KICK - Nicky Romero br
but when I open it in my DAW, my Daw closes! br
I need help

What OS, DAW you using? 32/64bit?

OS x 10.9 and ableton suite 32bits

what’s going on ? i have the same problem… i’m talking by email with customer but its take to long to receive a answer …br
but…i’m using the O.S 10.9.2 and logic pro xbr

if you can mail customerservice@sonicacademy.com we can help - these ‘crash’ issues are generally computer specific and we need to get error reports etc from you to find out the problem.br
