First off my main pick of the bunch would be …
Techno: I love the modern Techno vibe at the moment, Created by the likes of Monoloc, Speedy J, Tommy Four Seven, Chris Liebing, etc etc, The dub style sounds, with heavy and gritty sub bass’s and deep abstract sound effects just rocks it for me! Definitely a great passion and influence for me.
Minimal: When I first got into production, Minimal was the Birth of De-Fine Digital, glitched clicks, rolling percussion, beeps, atmospheric strings & fills, all hit the nail on the head for my preferences.
Tech House: I feel Tech House slots right in between the two above genre’s, it has a very happy medium between the two, now im not a massive Tech House fan, but i do like to experiment with the structures and sounds that Tech House possesses.
