Here’s our latest track. We’ve tried to give it a deep feel with a bit of the 90’s house character. Would really appreciate any feedback or tips on how to recreate the 90’s dubby house sound.

Hey guys, the mix sounds pretty clean on my set up. The only thing I’d look at is the vocal - it seems pretty quiet and pushed back.

Thanks for the feedback jonsloan. Yeah I agree with you on the vocal. Have referenced it with a few other tracks and it needs to be more present. Will have a go a redoing the eq and compression on the vocal and post the result :slight_smile:

Agree with John, the vocal needs a bit more presence, and i’d like a bit more ear candy in the break
