If your still covered by your warranty then definately go via KRK however if your not just take it down to your local electrics shop and get them to do it, i really doubt its gonna cost alot.
Any shop that seels musical equipment or speakers etc will be able to fix this…
I had a reply from KRK, here it is incase anyone has a similar problem. More or less the same as the suggestions by you guys … but I will not be attempting the last option!!!

First of all you should leave it as is because it is probably not
affecting the sound, only the look of it. But if it bothers you I have
seen these recommendations online that might help.
Attempt to pop it out with the following suggestions that are
MacGyver’ish (Use only at your own risk):
1a. Heat up the dust cover cone with a hair blower and place some duct
tape/gaffer tape/ strong tape/double sided tape on the cover cone in
order to try and pop it out by using the sticky part of the duct tape…
2a. Heat up the dust cover and use a heavy air hose and hopefully you
can suck it out again.
3a. (this one is more risky and a last resort) Use a needle and poke the
dust cover in the center of the pushed in section. Then bend the needle
at the tip and place it in the hole and attempt to pry the speaker cone
out again. Then use something like a crazy glue or nail clear polish to
cover the tiny hole, allow to dry and then see if the sound quality is
