how do you cue in ableton, as in cue an incoming track like you would with decks/mixer. would i need an external soundcard and if so whats a good one that ain’t too expensive. would be using it with a uc 33 midi controller??

Yes, you need a sound card that can work with two independent channels. My mate bought Native Instruments USB card (audio8?) cost around £180. You don’t get much for less than that. You can cue your tracks via headphones etc with this type of card, should do the trick
