I’ve pretty much tried everything all the directions say. I can’t seem to get around and download successfully. I have the requirements on my mac so I don’t understand. My key license says do you have kick to install, I say yes and it directs me to my desktop where I saved both files and I cant even click on either of them. Ive downloaded the kick first n then the license key and my adobe reader says it cant read it or its a corrupt file. My adobe always gives me problems so can it be that?
