Dropping midi to audio

hi,

im trying to drop midi to audio in cubase, but im lost. i am using a a vsti for my drums and percussion but its a little hungry with the cpu. i have the mix right so id like to drop just these tracks down to audio, but for the life of me i cant get it to work.?

what am i doing wrong. surley it must be simple.?

i think its file/export audio then select the tracks you want to bounce down. may depend on what version you are using tho.



you can click a check box for importing the file back in as a new track.
