Would be interested in seeing Dub style fx in general too. No whooping sirens or anything :w00t:

Dark, spacey & gritty atmospheres…

So, yeah +100 on this tutorial!

By the way, the guy that runs the Massive patches site has plenty of tips on getting dubby sounds out of Massive itself.

Oh and these guys have some cool albums for free. And some of Quantec’s work on there too.

ICN will be disappointed :stuck_out_tongue:

LOL

Class track!

Be interested in hearing more of what ya like Mate.

I like dub tech, but I think I’m limited to finding the odd bit here & there thats really good. If you could point out some sh!t that you think is worthwhile, then I’d love to check it out.

DT is great. Was listening to a few bits over the last few days here… found a few records, from about 8/9 years ago - which are dub tech… and not Techno.

Thats what I thought they were @ the time! LOL

Bitcrushers timestamp everything that I hear now… but for the most part, its kinda timeless as a style. Really interesting stuff. Would love to hear it being DJ’d out sometime.

Nice to hear that man!

I’ve been really into experimental stuff from “back in the day” (re:1994) as well as the more strait forward stuff. I think everything was at its best circa 1999-2004 and the Click n Cuts era.

Then it all went “glitch hop” when every two bit hip hop “artist” discovered the overdrive/ erosion/redux on Ableton

If you boys have Dropbox I can arrange to share the love about…

A lesson in echo’s reverb’s and dark basslines…though the mix I’ve got is different
