That’s kind of the million dollar question. How to write hooky melodies. Unfortunately there is no real theory as what works shifts with trends.br

What was a hooky melody a few years ago might no seem done to death etc.br
br
Its really just a case of trial and error.br
br
Some things do work I.e br
br
Repetition br
Going up and down scales with less frequent sudden jumps br
Keep one simple rhythm through the whole phrase
