Hope could you help me with this. Thank you guys!
It’s a Shepard Tone

Hope that helps
I think that there might be a vid on SA too. Not sure where though.
Yes I know that, but what i’m interested to know is the sound not the effect.
Thanks anyway
So, are you trying to create that exact sound or to create a shepard tone itself? It’s the same thing isn’t it? Just pitch it at whatever level you want. That link to Tom Cosm’s vid shows how to create it. Then just alter pitch??
I want to know how to design the sound without the pitching effect (the noise. Is not a simple white noise sound). Then i will aply the pitch bending etc…
Still confused. Sorry Ryan
The Shepard Tone by definition pitches up or down but loops in a way that makes it sound like it’s endlessly rising/falling. That Tom Cosm vid shows you how to create it.
Liz from the Apprentice gives me an endless riser :hehe:
I have heared many shepard tone samples but none of them sounds like the sound of the example so i think is because is not really shepard tone as the ableton tutorial that are you refering. I think is one sound pitch shifted with the pitch bend feature of the daw or maybe scaling the notes with legato/portamento and is that sound what i’m looking for. Maybe could i be wrong. Here more clear example:
