I’m currently not done with this remix. Here is a 2-minute sample of it. But I just want to get some feedback on the general direction I am going with this song. I am trying to give it a progressive feel but not fill the song with tons of sounds.
I had tons of fun chopping up the vocal for the build up part.
I threw a really basic mastering chain on their at the end just to maximize it so its not totally mixed and mastered obviously.
It might be kinda “poppy” for some of you but… what the hell 
Update: its pretty much done. I need to send it off to be mastered. But here ya go.

haha I have an old taylor swift remix I did a long while ago.
This isn’t normally my style either. I tend to try to stay away from the mainstream radio sounding stuff. But I always think it is good to get out of your comfort zone with stuff. As it allows you to try new techniques. Also, your style bleeds into these remixes so sometimes something good comes out.
