sounds quite nice, just kinda skipped through it as its not really my thing kind knew where it was heading from the start but for the sound youre going for i think you’ve nailed it, sure there will be elements about the production some might moan about but the idea it there and it works :slight_smile:

Hi mate, think you’ve got a good tune there…it is trance by numbers (which I used to love) but it is done very well. I really enjoyed the main melody in the breakdown and your build ups/exciters work really nice.

Listenin to it on my speakers it seems like you need a bit more goin on in the sub bass section? It feels like your bassline could fill out around the kick a little more for more warmth and you can extract a bit more energy out of it?

Thats just how it sounds to me anyway!

I’ve actually just posted my first real tune up on soundcloud…its a very minimal tech house/techno vibe but would love any kinda feedback on it.

My production skills are pretty low level but it does feel like there’s somethin cool to work with if I can just get some opinions.

Hi mate, this is a solid trance track, my comments about the kick and bass may be slightly inaccurate as I’m listening to it on in-ear headphones, not great… I took some notes for you, take them with a pinch of salt or not, just some thoughts :stuck_out_tongue:



no real thud in kick (****ty headphones maybe)

b.line could do with low end sub

slight more punch in your clap (some low end on it?) to feel it



remove the sidechain on the bass pad until kick kicks in on breakdown

4:33 silence and vocal snippet before it kicks in again for suspense

transitions - use a bandpass on the bass and move the freq and resonance around before introducing next part of the track, will clearly define your next part of the track and add excitement
