I have done a couple of tracks now after following some of the ‘Get the Sounds’ courses. Latest track Deep Schlepper now up on soundcloud at Stream Kodiakk music | Listen to songs, albums, playlists for free on SoundCloud. Not sure how to put the track directly in this post - maybe someone could explain for me?
Comments on the track(s) welcome. It hasn’t been mastered and I haven’t yet mixed it in a proper studio with some big speakers, so no doubt there’s room for improvement.

You could try by copy/pasting the code:
Concerning the track. It's nice, but I'd recommend you to sidechain that big synth with the kick.
Nice break with a good drop. But again, I get the feeling that some elements need to be sidechained more.
Besides that, the track needs a bit of EQ and levelling in general.
But this is definitely a track to put some effort in. Could do well on some labels me thinks :)
Completely agree with the above. Really nice track and has some good potential, just needs eq’ing, drop out some of the low end of the main synth running through it and add some side chaining
If you PM me once your happy with it i can recommend a couple of labels that might be interested which are run by some friends
Thinks guys, really appreciate the feedback. Listened to it on some decent big speakers today and realised there’s still some work to do! The pad is side chained with the kick but clearly not enough - need to bring the threshold down more. Will look at your suggestions and will post an update when it’s done, probably in a couple of weeks’ time. Links to labels much appreciated also

I agree about the side-chaining! I think the kick could do with some more EQ as well to bring it out of the mix a bit more and the percussion is sounding a little thin, maybe try panning some bits left and right so its less cental?
But the track itself is solid. A few tweaks and you’ve got yourself a belter, well done!
