hey guys i dont really have the money for the plug ins, although i am huge fan of massive and alchemy, especially alchemy, im on a tight budget and is there a free plug in that creates the sounds that they do, if anyone knows of any let me know, i have tried using a few and most of them arent really good at all that i tried
or is there something close to alchemy that is cheaper, i alchemy is around $250, and i really like the sound you give in the glitchstep tutorial, however i dont have the mopney for that or massive, so is there something thats cheaper that is close to those
alchemy is a cool synth… it has some features that are unique. a lot can still be done with more basic synths and ableton FX and clip envelopes.
most of the time you are just looking for a nice OSC and filter sound then use stuff like redux filters and overdrive to get those glitchy wobbly sounds.
also alchemy has a 30 day trial so you could use that for the time being.
Im aware of a new synth coming soon that will be totally awesome and very cheap to subscribers so wouldnt go jumping in to anything.
