So I got the FXpansion DCAM package today. Extremely happy with the results.
Anybody else a fan of these bad boys? I only saw 2 posts about this when I did a search.
They have a very warm & sharp sound to them. Lots of cool electro sounds. Pads galore.
anybody have any cool tips tricks regarding these synths?
the gold is in the modulations capabilities. watch the videos on the FXPansion website. Absolutely amazing purchase dude. I love Synth Squad.
I’m still a bigger fan of sylenth. I never really saw what the fuss was with these synths
I’ve got Synth Squad and Sylenth - all the Synth Squad synths are fantastic as is Sylenth. The only downside to Synth Squad is the processing power each one takes up, but then again there is so much going on in a single instance its understandable.
They are great some of the best sounding Vst synths imo
yup ive had em for a while and theyre a good price for an amazing sound
I’m scared to even check out the demo, cos I made a promise to myself that I wouldnt but any more Synths.
I also own Synth Squad.
How sick is Strobe? I’ve barely touched the other synths; you can do sooo much with Strobe alone: basses, leads, pads, plucks.
OMg. Some of my productions have ONLY strobe.
I’ve heard some great presets for Cypher, but I’m yet to really dig into it.

why do something silly like that, i promised never to buy another plug-in until i new all my others but we all know that’s an empty promise.
others you need to buy while you’re shopping is largo and jup v8.

I have the Jupiter - But I’ve been using just the Logic Synths lately to be honest…
EXS24 - EFM1 - ES1 and a little bit of Sculpture.
Havent opened anything else in a couple of months now that I think of it.

it’s hard to beat those stock logic synths
I didnt really like them at the start to be truthful… but I really like the simplicity of them.
Well… apart from sculpture, which is insane.
I’m really trying to limit myself. You can get some seriously huge bass tones out of the ES1 & the default patch (Sine) on the EXS24.
The EFM 1 is pretty mental sounding too. Big fan of that
The only issue that I have with Logic synths is that they sound a bit cold to me. I still use them, but not my go to stuff.
for me. when I heard the thunderstorm FX in DCAM. I just giggled. so cool sounding.

i got largo a few weeks ago. absolutely love it. so many awesome sounds.
4 some reason though it seems to take up a lot of processor power.
