Getting downloadable resources

I am a annual subscriber. I have selected the two courses that I wanted to download with no problems and I am able to get the resources that came with them no problem. What about the resources that go with the courses that I didn’t download. I know that the other videos are accessible only by web. But where are the resources

we are aware some courses don’t have the resources we are working to resolve this in the next few weeks.

this has now been resolved.

the samples and presets are available from the subscriber videos page in the relevant course section
