Well that was crazy, decided to f*ck off and travel home at 5am this morning lol.
Couldn’t sleep in that bloody tent!!
Loads of people were going there today, 1 day was enough for me, i’m not cut out for camping.
Next time they book me i expect a hotel or some kinda chalet of sort to sleep in. Tents suck!!!

Thats so funny when you first posted the thread I was gong to say bah give me a hotel suite and a driver to where ever i am playing and i may consider it - last time went to festval was one of the early Big Chills and then i swore never again

Yeah… I’m with you on that. Been to a few & same as - Never again type of thing.
But it is 1/2 the fun, getting absolutely wrecked & not giving 2 Fcks where you are or whats happening. Its all allowed & part of the whole experience.
Funnily enough, I stopped going to festivals when I stopped setting world records at the weekends… wonder if theres a link? :hehe:

Brilliant. Back in the day I use to do gigs on the 7 mile bridge going into the Florida Keys. Falling asleep in a tent was the best thing in that situation. Of course a few other dj’s past out on hammocks outside but they usually woke up with only one eyebrow or some crazy profanity written on their foreheads with sunblock and if it was a very sunny morning (usually it was out on the keys) they would be walking around with that honor badge for days!

Anyone watching Glastonbury on the Rectangle?
Dizzee Rascal doing his own tune Stand up Tall over Smells like Teen Spirit - Sounded pretty fkn energetic.
Defintely - Unfortunately - the most Kick *** thing that I’ve seen so far.
Fair play to him, really put on a good show.
Looking forward to watching Orbital finish up. Had so many crazy nights with them playing Nights & Paul Hartnoll doing DJ sets here & there.

Yeah returned after the first day, looked fairly good but a lot of glasto isn’t for me. I’m not into weird indie band stuff, hippies and i can’t stand camping. lol

Anyways I didn’t have a ticket, i just had to turn up then i got given this band, i did try to take it off to give to a friend who wanted to go down but it ripped as i tried.
It was one of those material type bands that has a toggle on it which only goes in one direction and rips if you pull it the other direction (off).
