I also found the following which is from a flash mob that happened at the ikea which is there now. Kinda made me really sad actually to think this important mecca of UK rave is now an Ikea…

i used to live just up the road from milton keynes and used to go to the sanctuary.
i would have been about 14 when you were there and i looked young for my age and never went to those raves although some of my mates did go. i went to the sanctuary for the first time in 98
it was very sad when that place closed, it was a proper rave venue.
i started out listening to dreamscape, when i was 11, still got all the tapes in a box somewhere.
that ikea video is quality and is the true spirt of the rave culture. im actually joined up to the sanctuary reunion on facebook but must of missed it some how.
think i would have been around 12-13 when my older brother first took me to Dreamscape 1 and never really missed one from there on apart from the woodstock 2 which to my knowledge fell through and never happened (btw if you’re reading this you still owe me) if i did eventually happen then i missed out on that. i also used to love the fantasy Island raves and at one point played at

Back then the reason for many of the Dj names was because most if not all were claiming DSS money and shouldn’t have been getting paid for djing.
My First Dreamscape was 10, in 1994, but I went to pretty much all of them after that and Helter Skelter etc.
I used to write for Eternity magazine if anyone remembers that, so managed to do most of the big ones at least once, World Dance, Dance Planet, United Dance etc.
Don’t think the Woodstock one ever happened, and no chance of getting yer money back as Murray who ran the events died in a car crash some years ago RIP.
First real rave I went too was the Fantazia New Year Party - maybe 91/92 ? Used to go to alot of Bedlam Sound System parties, mostly London squats and ofcourse theSpial tribe parties - good tmes indeed - till the old bill came 
My first tape pack was Dreamscape 24 which I got when I was 11. Everyone in my class were into the spice girls at the time so I had no one really to enjoy the music with. My first time at the Sanctuary was when I was 18 and went to Slammin Vinyl, it was fun at the time but now I look back and cringe. I used to be so chavy!

if you lived in the 80’s and Early 90’s everyone was “chavy” lol
