Help needed with playing Ableton audio in Logic

I’m doing a uni course where I need to make a track in Logic, however I don’t have a mac at home so have made some loops in ableton and want to use them in Logic.

I have freeze/flattened all the tracks then done a collect all and save. I have now taken the files to uni and loaded them onto the mac, now when I open them in Logic I have two problems, only the files in the crop folder will play audio but for some reason I can’t get them to timestrech to the locaters, it goes through the process but nothing happens.

The audio that is in the freeze section won’t play at all? The only thing I can see is that the frozen audio is 32bit, would that stop it?

It’s doing my head in as I don’t want to have to make a track from scratch in logic as all my plugins are on my pc but have been trying to get this to work for a few days and can’t.

Ant help would be appreciated.

BTW Logic sucks… Well maybe it wouldn’t if I knew how to use it, but I honestly can’t see the appeal, Ableton is far more user friendly. I’d love a tech house style tutorial in Logic.

Thanks

Alan

your best bet is to go to export then select all tracks.

you can then save them to a folder at 24bit etc.

Ok, cheers Phil.
