Help/Question Regarding CUBASE tutorials

Why is this tutorial aimed for “beginners”? I just subscribed to this website because I wanted to learn Cubase and I click on the first video, and he is using the Battery VST from native instruments which costs $120. Am I missing something here? How do you expect the users to have this VST?

Thanks,

Luke Schwarzweller

i agree with you to certain extent ! they should had used only cubase plug ings and vsti . but sincerely you need to get on the manual and use to videos to guide you. and i f you dot have that plug in . there is similar samplers or Drum machines that you can dowload for free. jsut google it .

I know you starting to use cubase ,  but with a litle of patiente you will learn how to create your own way of working with such powerfull DAW

Cheers

the beginner cubase tutorials were done in cubase sx3, which has no drum machine.

so we picked the most commonly used one.

if you are working on cubase sx 3 then you are going to need to invest in a drum machine.

if however you are using a later version, 5 for example, there is a drum machine built in. and i would check out the “make electro house in cubase” tutorials which covers how to use that!
