hey guys I have been having alot of problems with my home setup the problem being that whenever I am working on a track and I make a sample then play it on my laptop which has JBL audio speakers and fairly bassy, the bass is always super over powering even though on my monitors I have it turned up enough to just hear the bass and if i turn it down I can barely hear anything at all, I have read abit that it is most likely due to the room im in and unfortunately the room I am in used to be a carport before it was renovated into another living room it therefore has concrete walls and to make things worse the only room is in the corner so I have a corner desk setup.
I guess what I would like to know if anyone has any ideas what can I do to improve my situation because it is super frustrating.
