Hey man… Theres a few things on YT that can give you a walkthrough…
Heres one

Theres others too if you search for Drum Racks. Quite a lot of stuff you can do with them.
When your using Drum Racks, there’s a little unfold arrow at the top right of the channel where it says ‘Drum Rack’, if you click it, it opens the rack up and there is a separate channel for each sample/sound. Now if you place your EQ’s, Compressors etc. on these channels it wont affect the whole group. I used to swear by drum racks because it’s so compact and tidy, but you might find it easier if you create a new Midi track for each sound and stick a simpler on each one, then load each sound into the separate tracks, much handier for processing and editing stuff later mate. After that, you can select all of the tracks, right click them and choose group tracks, this will give you sort of a master channel for those sounds and let you process them all together. Make them ‘gel’. Hope that helps mate
thankyou so much for that
it is odd the way that the videos they just drop the effect straight onto the specific sound/samploe though and it dosent effect every sound on the rack??
thanks again
