How do I get this snare?

I don’t think this is a snare sound, but more a wooden hit or something? can’t seem to re create it although it seems so simple!!br

Very similar to everything Ame, Dixon, Tale of Us Mano le Tough are making at the moment. yet they all sound quite different? as if its filtered or something? help!br

use your synth, and make a 2 osc square and sin, give it 0 sustain with 80 ms decay, 0 attack. then pitch with with envelope with a very sharp decay. and boost your sound in parametric EQ in 800hz. give some resonant fx plus bit degrader.br
