you mean make a track change tempo during it playing?
in arrange view you would just expand the master channel and adjut using the tempo envelope - just click the drop down where it says mixer

see im making a cd in ableton, mixing all the tracks together. if i have automated the cd from 147bpm to 149bpm, does that mean i then have to warp the tracks to 149 bpm??
No it doesnt, it automatically ajusts, aslong as they are warped you will be fine.
