In El Barrido - seems like a piano panned slightly to the left and a processed guitar (maybe guitar rig or pedal effects) panned slightly to the right, both with a delay and a lot of reverb.br

In Holiday - it seems like a piano combined with strings and some kind of a bass, the piano and the strings are also with reverb.
