How many hours you put in a track

Hi guys,br

I want to know how many hours you put on production until you’re satisfied with the result. br

I know it probably varies a lot depending on the style or production capacity but it intereste me know. br
br
From the beginning of creation to the final mix with all the small adjustments you made​​. br
br
I put an average of 60 to 80 hours to produce a track in such as this link belowbr

Hey man, I put around 45hours in in a space of 4 days (on average) keeps the ideas fresh and creative juices flowing.br
most cases leave it for a month to master with ‘fresh ears’.br

Some days it’ll take me two hours to make a whole song some days it’ll take me all day just to get the drums right lol

I honestly have no idea. I tend to do 30 mins - 1 hour here and there, never really added it up from start to finish of a track.br

It all depends on the flow, but on average I will need +30 hours.br
I hardly ever produce more than 2/3 hours a day, so it also takes me weeks to finish :Dbr

The bulk is spent on arranging. Always have a hard time arranging and getting the automation spot on.

100+ hrs sometimes! I can’t get my head around producers like Steve Hill Technikal pumping out a track a week or something…

I guess a track a week is possible if that’s all you do, not if you work though. I’ve now taken to producing on my way to work, just to get an extra hour a day in!

I can’t only produce track, I have to work like many of you.br
br
I try to take all my available hours to produce (±30 hours/week). It take me between 1 and 3 weeks for a track.
