how to recreat this effects ?

Not sure what you’re on about, but on every eight beat you have a large clap. The second time around (on every 16th beat) you have the same clap followed by, what looks to me like a reversed clap.

What daniaan said is pretty much describing what your talking about…
Its a large clap with a lot of noise in it.
Find a good clap and send it to a reverb channel, resample the resulting reverb and layer them, use an envelope to shape it how you want. Make sure its in the same stereo field…
Or just sample a big enough clap 
Or take a clap’s attack and add noise for the toil (just use a simple synth with a noise oscillator).
Those are the ways I would go about getting that clap…
Oh and it sounds like they cut out everything else when some of those big claps hit so you could just sample it from the track itself…
