Ah i play this track alot, should be easily done with effectrix use the xloop & alter the size & play with them settings 1/8th 1/16th etc… alter the envelope

My friend does this with effetrix as well…
I prefer using simpler/sampler in ableton and putting an arp on it. Either adjusting the pitch in automation on the pitch bend or using the range on the arp itself
