God I dont know why you would want this sound in the first place! Its very basic basic to my ears though.
FM8 will probably get you all the synth/bass/noise sounds and the drums (which made me laugh) you will find in any house sample cd. Try vengeance.
Most of the sound is sculpted with filter sweeps, distortion and bit crusher im assuming. A very basic track indeed… and painful 
of and one more thing… compression! Probably too much in this case which is why it hurts my ears at high volumes.
g-hunter lets keep things friendly & pleasant… everybody has different tastes and likes different stuff.
as far as the sound goes it sounds like a couple of layered detuned saw waves with a bit of overdrive.
the trance tutorial would have a few video on making those similar sounds also the cubase tutorial would have some samples that would be of use.
most synths should be able to make theses sounds
