can you please explain about how to make the synths in this track? I know its sound simple but I`m really not so good in synths…

Well I recommend you to take a few days to learn the basic of sound synthesis.
Having a basic idea about synths and their parameters and function will make it much easier for you to understand how those sounds can be programmed easily.
For example you could start to learn what an LFO is!

In my opinion a good starting point not only for dance music producers.
