please please please can we have a tutorial on hardstyle. i know that sonic academys main focus is house/trance,techno etc... but it hasn't of yet catered for the harderstyles. this is my main focus of music and a good indepth tutorial on how to make these kicks with the subbass, reverse basslines, the amazing screeches and the uplifting melodies is what i crave to learn. i know its probably not everyone on this websites cup of tea but as a paying member i feel now is the time to request one. i have been the quiet man and haven't really opened my mouth on this forum at all. philly j, i know that you are the man when it comes to sound design,lol. please have a look in to this and see what you can do. god only knows how much i would appreaciate it!!

when you click reply there will be a little icon at the top of the box (looks like a globe and chain) Insert Hyperlink. You should be able to copy and paste the embed code from youtube into the box that pops up.
a hardstyle synth isnt that hard to make on sylenth… 8 voice saw with the slide half way. then put pitch ab on the lfo and rate half way with only slight gain… and do the same with another lfo only this time using cutoff ab… then there u have it or something close to it id imagine
