HTSL - Stromae (Alors on Danse)

Hello, if anyone could shed some light on how to get that plucked chord sound in the beginning of “Alor on Danse”… Theres def some reverb in the chain and a short release time but thats about all i can figure…hahahhaa

Stromae made that specific track (Alors on dance) live in front of an audience.

He started with music production lessons from his home and posting them to youtube.

“Alors on dance” was his lesson number 8. It’s in French, but if you look carefully you can see the notes he’s pressing on the keyboard.

It’s off course nowhere near the quality of the sonic academy tutorials… but I just thought you’d know

Ya, cool video thanks. But im trying to figure out how to produce that synth pluck sound, not really how to play it…

so the saxaphone was just arpreggiated? cos he only hits two notes? id say its sampled then effects added to it…distortion and all that… dont think u could make it on sylenth bu i could be wrong
