And rather nifty it is too. Any recommendations for good apps etc (it can run most iphone apps). I was contemplating an iphone for the apps alone but it turns out that this bad boy is more or less the same, for about $600 cheaper.
I have beatmaker and noise.io and I can tell I’m going to miss my bus stop a lot as I’ll be so engrossed in these bad boys.
Beatmaker is a drum machine that you can load your own samples into, mess with the wave files, add effects etc.
Noise.io is a massive synth that belts out some truly incredible sounds.
If they ever get something like Ableton onto it I think I’ll actually have sex with it.
FUCK… ME!
Not literally you understand but holy shit that’s the nuts - I’m loving the MIDI controller part.
Thank you Phil, you’re a true legend. I didn’t see any of these on my travels!
I use Touch OSC with Ablton when I making songs.

I also have beatmaker but I got Looptastic Producer last night.

Looptastic comes in five different editions:
•Looptastic Electro Edition
•Looptastic Progressive Edition
•Looptastic Minimal Edition
•Looptastic Breakbeat Edition

Try it for free: Looptastic Electro Lite
We also offer Looptastic Producer, which allows you to import your own loops.
I am not selling this so the links should be ok.
Good work fella, thanks I’ll try those too! MAn there’s a lot of stuff out there I’ve not been able to find so far!
Just to update this topic but can anyone vouch for some really good/useful music apps for the iphone/touch?
Much apprieciated!
• Noise.IO
• Jasuto
• JR Hexatone
• Roland TB-303 app
