I can't watch any tutorials!

Hello,



I’ve subscribe for all the year & normaly I should be able to see all videos-tutos-lessons but I can’t…

When I click on each lessons of each tutorials in the subscriber videos section,it tries to connect to the server & it does’nt work!

I’m using an Imac with safari,is there something special to do to?

The same goes for me… I can’t watch any videos, Well i can but there 8 seconds long! It doesn’t let me watch them… Any help? ASAP

could you both be a bit more specific with the errors you are receiving.

Operating System and version number

Browser type and version number



and the exact errors you are both receiving!

I’m using an Imac 2.93 ghz with Mac Osx 10.5.7 & safari 3.2.3

In fact the problem occurs when I wanna watch a lesson(those are separated in several tutorials)…if I click on the small pink link to watch,the page tries to connect on a server & doesn’t find it…my error message is …can’t connect to the server!

(connection to www.sonicacademymyblog.com has failed)

can you tell me if you are receiving this message every time you try to watch a video. or is the incident sporadic? happening randomly

Its for all videos I try to watch…for example in the TECH Trance tuto,I can watch the video with the song but when I click on every link “part 1,2,3…” it can’t connect to the server!



same for every others tutorials,at the moment I haven’t see any video EXCEPT the 2 one’s I’ve download

No I can’t…my server can’t connect, any idea?

thats very strange that you can’t connect to that server…



are you running a proxy or anything out of the ordinary on your computer.

can you try connecting from a different computer or different internet connection

I don’t know so much about Proxy etc…

I will try from another computer this sunday but what about my Mac here? is there something special to do or some parameters to change?
