Hey there, I looked around the SA Site and liked what I saw, So I subscribed.
When I subscribed the information given led me to believe that I would have access to all training resources, however, when I try access a simple Ableton Live 8 beginner course, I have to pay?
If someone could please enlighten me I would much appreciate it.

You should have full access to watch everything online… If you want to download to uour computer you woul have to buy individually.
We have an extreemly good streaming server so videos play great on almost all connections.
but that is true, some of the beginner videos do cost money…even after you buy a subscription…?
No you should have access to all the courses if you have a subscription.
If you are finding this not to be the case contact customerservice@sonicacademy.com and we will get it sorted for you.
so once we email customer support they will take care of it for us?
All subscribers should have access to everything… So it could be a glitch with your account.
and how do we fix that?
