If you won the lotto

Would you still persue your career / hobby in production and DJing?

I thought about this and it and it was easy for me. I knew that no matter if I had all the money in the world, i’d still keep producing music as well as pushing to build my DJ / Producer career.

It’s not about the money for me (which is just as well because in this day and age the music industry is f*cked anyways financially lol), it’s about my passion and love.

i would probably carry on working because i’ve blown the lot on the first weekend.

or maybe spend some on a bugatti veyron, the rest would go on hospital bills and physio.

a third possibility would be i’d go crazy and get locked away for having sex with a bowl of jelly in front of the queen

That is probably all I WOULD do. (producing(attempting)).

That’s like asking me would If stop playing the piano because IM rich :D Music makes me feel better about life and if I “make it” one day then so be it and if not then Whatever I make music for me to enjoy and bring healing to my depression

My friends say I would be dead in a year

Rich or poor I would carry on making tracks, if I was loaded though I would have one hell of a set up!

id open my own studio for commercial purposes. i wouldnt even for a second think about giving up producing. id use the time that id gain (from quitting my depressing job) to concentrate on getting better.
i used to work in the financial markets but quit to be a musician. i work as an art gallery manager now, which leaves me with less stress in the evening allowing me to work on my tracks. sometimes i wish i had stayed working on the trading floor (for the financial benefits, ferrari etc etc) but then i realise why i quite it all in the first place.
my whole self worth relys on how good my most recent track is. if im in a slow period and im making rubbish tracks, i feel down and not too great. so i HAVE to get better at producing, i dont have much choice in it.
telling people youre a musician and actually believing it yourself is the greatest feeling in the world. saying to someone you work on the financial markets, feels abit stale/spirit-less no matter how much money they think you might have.
it might come across like ive got abit of money put aside lol… well na, im potless if im honest.
was thinking while at work today that i need to up my game again. i feel in the past 4 months ive improved quite abit but feel now i have to take it to the next level. my tracks just arent as good as commercial radio tracks. they just aint… and they have to be… was even thinking about enrolling in some kind of course to move up another level, but dont really know what to go for. any suggestions? anyone been on any production courses worthy of a recommendation?

have i been rambling? i think so lol  sorry!!

I’d like to “buy” my way in to the music business but I’d be far too busy getting it on with the female dancers that work in my new club lol

no more job to get in the way of me and my shiny new SSL…mmmmmmmmm overkill…

I’d hire an engineer to do all the sound shaping for me and just make music 24/7

id give half away to famillyand freinds if i won big, i wouldnt want to be that rich on my own

man itd be great to do that but as mentioned before id probably be dead within a month (im crap with money )
