Is anyone using Subpac or another personal vibration type sub bass - generator in their studio? I’m just seeking some feedback. I order the backpack style one (not the chair backing one) and its on backorder supposedly for another month. Just curious if its all that. Testimonials from from big names hopefully give it some credibility. Hopefully I won’t need to take advantage of the return policy.
Just minutes after unboxing, SubPac rocks!!! The testimonials are true. It resonates like you would expect a sub-speaker to, producing audible vibration noises but certainly takes the all round noise down by a factor of 10 (when pumping at a high intensity). This unit addresses some of my personal issues with noise and family ( and ****ty acoustics in my studio). Audio surgery will easily be performed with this thing on. I will not be using the return policy.

The one major advantage to the backpack model is the obvious - portability. I mowed the lawn with it on while listening to tunes. IT WAS THE MOST FUN I EVER HAD MOWING THE LAWN…EVER. Did a crappy job too, as it was hard to focus, cuz it was such a new experience (the subbass I mean). br

Im am sure someone is in the process of making a knockoff/ copycat as I type. Hopefully the price will come down because with duties and exchange its a pretty expensive (professional) toy.
