Yes



You just need a soundcard with two outputs. Then in Ableton set “audio to” to external out and then set one or more channels to 1/2 and one or more to 3/4.

You can send different channels to your soundcard then to your mixer, in session view there is a dropdown menu on the Audio To, click on configure and the Preferences pops up, click on output config. and you can select what channels you want to go to on your soundcard.
