Issue with Customer Support

I contacted customer support to gift Kick2 to a friends acccount. They suggested removing my Kick2 and transferring it to my friend. When I checked my account Kick2 was removed but never placed into her account.

I purchased a new Kick2 but her account is still showing up empty.

It’s been two days since Kick 2 was taken from my account with zero response from customer support.
