have read a few peoples topics / complaints on here but cant actually see any help anywhere i am in the uk, north west of England. have an imac 21.5 inch running Safari and Yosemite 10.10 (both latest versions) br
br
nothing else is downloading, running in background etc i just have logic pro 9.1.8 open in 32 bit mode, so i can follow along to the tutorial … not that this should make a difference anyway as i don"t have any plugins enabled etc … just trying to give as much info as i can br
br
I have tried several tutorials and all are the same, freezing every few seconds. the current tutorial i am trying to work with is Ryan Enzed’s Melbourne Bounce br
br
can any help me out so i can enjoy the services offered by you guys ? so frustrating to find this is happening after buying the gold membership :w00t:br

Hi Eddie br
these speed results would be a problem - as they are connecting to your local (and fastest) cloud location. are there any particular times of the day that the videos run fine? you can sometimes expect your internet connection to under perform at peak times on certain providers.
will monitor it over the next couple of days and let you know then bryan, the service provider is Virgin Media if that helps or if anyone else has same issues in north west england
have used the site very frequently over the past week, mainly after 5pm and experiences some freezing issues but last night and tonight … (fri + sat) around 8:30pm onwards very heavy freezing. cant watch a video for more than 2 seconds without it pausing for 2 seconds and so on and so on. very very frustrating. you tube and mac pro video work fine it just seems to be this site
