Unfortunately I am unable to upgrade, For some reason my bank details have been removed? when trying to add my bank details to my SA account again, I just get an error saying, Gateway Rejected: risk_threshold, never had this happen before!, Also I had the new JU-60 FX which I’m not able to download from my paid plug-ins listings anymore ?? not sure why this has happened either, Maybe its me and I’m doing something wrong again,
Are you sure you had already added a bank Card in your Payment Methods for the web store ?
→ Your Subscription Payment Methods and your Preferred Payment Method for the web store are separated, so it could be that you’ve previously entered a subscription Payment method that’s not showing up in your My Account/Payments Methods area :
That’s likely happening during checkout, could be a couple of reason : too many failed attempts in a row, your bank flagging the transaction as potentially suspicious and placing a hold or limitation on the card, card information like the CVV or Zip/postal code that are wrong.
You may want to try to add a new Payment Method and check that you are presented with all images, button and links in your web browser and are able to enter your card information. If it’s not the case, then please try to use a different web browser, too many restrictive settings can cause issue, using a VPN and your VPN settings as well. We also advise to clean your Internet caches.
Alternatively you can try to use PayPal Checkout and choose to use PayPal with a bank card ( in this case no PayPal account and email address are required, you will be suing the PayPal payment gateway as a guest with a bank card :
Is this a Free Subscriber License for JU-60 plugin or have you purchased a perpetual license before ?
If you happen to have a Free Subscriber license, is your subscription still active ??
You can check your license and available downloads in your My Account/My Downloads/Plugins area :
Hope this helps !
