I loaded the demo version of Nicky Romero’s “Kick”. I liked it, so I decided to buy it. I installed it and everything was ok at first. But when i want to start the plugin with cubase it says “Demo version has expired and product is not registered”. How could that be? What I tried, was to uninstall everything from the demo version and reinstall the version i bought from you. But that doesnt’ work at all.br
I also tried " Solution B - To manually install your key do the followingbr
Rename your license key to “Kick - Nicky Romero.license"br
copy it into the following folder location” br

I installed it on my PC and my MacBook … on both it said product is not registeredbr

I hope you can help me with my problem.
We never released a demo version?
