Saw the ads for it Mussi - Sounds class.
Didnt check it out before. Some really interesting sounds given the fact that theres fk all to it. Cool.
You getting one? Read that theres some mods that you can do to it. Cant remember what they were now though… :hehe:
I have one. Its nice and the filter is absolutely amazing. There are some crazy circuit bending projects for it out there.
Yeah I might get one it’s so cheap for a pretty fat sound!
There’s a few hacks out there and can see there being a lot more. I like that sh/t
I’ve also seen a sequencer hooked up to it. Cool stuff
Its on my shopping list but not that high up
I was given 1 for christmas and i love it, i called past a m8’s house on christmas day and he got 1 as well :D, we linked them up and the nasty fatness of them both is unreal, big kudos to korg for trying to put analogue synthesis into the hands of everyone, i recommend getting a stylus to use with it, my daughters DS stylus works great…
If you haven’t seen this Monotron vid yet check it out…
Zombie Nation summer jam on Korg Monotron - YouTube

Hmm just found this - reckon i’m going too get one soon

My only concern having not heard it live is that it’s just gonna sound like a toy, but this is a proper analogue synth isn’t it?
Reminds me of the tb303 in many ways. Cheap and fat sounding
If your not shy with a soldering iron you could have loads of fun with this

It def doesn’t sound like a toy, when you start to layer recorded parts it’s massive
I highly recommend it
