What VST would I use to sound like the intro of this tune?

I doubt you’ll be able to make as good with vst’s alone, but you might try these:
Vienna Symphonic Library
Miroslav Phiharmonik
Also, the Komplete 7 bundle from NI has a lot of orchestral sounds
That is a whole bunch of instruments layered together.
You might try spectrasonics Omnisphere. I hear they have some good orchestra synths.
Also try and find orchestra samples. Like the poster said above Komplete 7 has a bunch.
You are not going to make that intro with 1 synth. Maby like 5 or 6 layered together.
