Lange LNG style bass lead - any tips/thoughts?

Hi everyone,

Think I stumbled on a tutorial on SA about this before but help is welcome.

This awesome track by Lange (LNG), can anyone give tips to create this bass style lead from 3 min 52 sec?

Thanks you :o)

Have a great weekend all!

Is this a subtractive synth like Sylenth or is something like Alchemy more appropriate?

Sounds like a giant saw with a pitch bend and sidechain.

Try the TAL Noisemaker. That has a pretty giant saw and it’s free!!

Umek makes a similar sound in his masterclass you can recreate the sound in massive if you dont have the soft synth hes using

at 14:40 he starts getting that similar sound

Thank you everyone, appreciate your help and time

cool video link to Umek thank you. Trilian’s sounds are out of this world for bass but for this effect Sylenth works pretty well. Modulate the two LFO rates underneath a nice saw, sounds sweet. Thanks again everyone.
