Any tips on how i can get any of my Vsts to sound like this lead syth that starts at 1:00min in this track been trying to get it for a week no chance. Everything i do always sounds very bleak and never full, Maybe i just need a new sound card i dont know lol.

try layering up your sounds using a few different instances of your synthesiser. one doing the low octaves. one doing the mids and one doing the highs and experiment with distortion and compression eq on each. that should fatten your lead up.
sounds like this one is just a layered up saw tooth so start with that. check out the glitch step house course for some advanced layering tips too
