I was wondering why it takes so long for you guys to do the transfer of the license for ANA 2.
I have sent you many emails and the only replay i get is you guys are escalating the issue.
Thats not good enough, I need that to happen as I have the buyer waiting and asking why is taking so long.
I have never experienced this with other companies where the process is very streamlined.
Please look into this and resolve the issue asap. I dont want to send you any more emails requesting the same thing over and over. I have already paid for the transfer, please it is your turn now.
