I would like to collaborate with somebody. I am pretty decent at writing parts but get stumped when it comes to arranging. Use ableton but have FL studio so I can work on both but prefer ableton to collab with. Anybody interested then please hit me up.
I like making my own sounds and not using a lot of loops. Id like somebody that is already pretty decent but I will work with anybody that is interested
Mate dont let someone take credit for something you can easily do yourself. Just take a track you like and that is similair to your style and drop it in your DAW. Then simply copy their arrangement.
It really is very very simple…

Agreed
collaborating can be having ideas and working together to build a track… arrangement is a technique that you will get better at once you get used it, just like jjdejong0 said, grab a track that you like and place it in your DAW, follow the arrangement with your track, even some of the pro’s still do this, do it as many times until ideas just “pop” into your head, you’ll want to arrange stuff in your own way soon enough dude trust me it will come…
Hi mate have u got a soundcloud page to check out any tracks u’ve finished or works in progress even? Im also looking for someone to collab with but also having trouble with arrangement so not sure I would be who u looking for but still check out my tracks and let me know what u think if u want at

Also I agree in part with what everyone is saying, but if u look at it from another perspective, I also have trouble arranging and have done what jjdejong0 suggested a few times before to help me with this and also picking apart certain parts of a track to work out whats going on composition wise FX etc and its helped me understand what I should be doing but doing it is a problem.
The track I’ll post underneath is the only track I have ever finished in 2yrs of producing and I dont even consider that finished.
So for me personally working with someone else would be a breath of fresh air to take me away from my own frustrations with arrangment and production and let me focus on something different for a while and also be able to take away with me new knowledge and maybe even skills to apply to my own tracks.
You could look at it as why let someone else take credit for something u did, but I personally dont see it like that.
Maybe I’ll share credit with someone now but what I take away from it will be more important for me plus I can always write new material and I always expect to write better things each time I do so not a problem for me.
Also about arranging being something u get better at with time I totally agree, and as long as when ur working with someone else u dont let them handle all the arranging exclusivly then u will still learn from working with someone else I expect.
Wow sorry for writing so much
