I just noticed that all my user presets are gone. My Kick 2 version is 1.1.7 (May 22 2023). The preset directory has been modified May 22 2023 as well. Does this mean that updating wiped out all my presets?
Unless you manually uninstall KICK 2 files or folders, running Kick 2 installer on top of your current installation does not delete your User Presets.
Try to reveal your User Presets folder and browse the User folder to check if you have a User Presets sub-folder in there and check the folder name spelling maybe.
That said, if you did a Clean install and manually removed your KICK 2 installation folders, your user presets would have been deleted I’m afraid
