Im going to buy this “M-Audio Keystation 88 ES 88-Key MIDI Controller” but will it have the same feel as a real 88key piano ? I Have an acoustic piano and would like a MIDI keyboard that feels like the real deal without burning the last of my money

ive not used one but having owned M-audio for years im gonna say NO M-audio are cheap budget range to be fair and i’ve never found one that feels any more than just that
I have the 88 es… its defiantly not weighted piano action keyboard. the action is similar to any normal keyboard.
The Keystation Pro 88 is proper piano action.
I couldnt decide what to go for for a while but went for the es as programing drums is difficult on a piano action board.
unfortunately for the ‘real’ feel, you need to start looking for ‘hammer-action’ keyboards, such as M-Audio Keystation Pro, those are expensive tho so have a think whenever its worth the investment.
For my skills I think Korg Nano-keys is appropriate
